Every running instance is metered to the hour and charged against your wallet. Charges are capped at the plan's monthly rate — running a Standard instance for the full month never exceeds 24 OMR. Stop the instance and metering stops with it.
Linux instances clone from a cloud-init template and reach SSH-ready state in under 60 seconds. Windows instances take 3 to 5 minutes due to image size and first-boot configuration.
All capacity is in our Muscat datacenter. The facility is TRA-licensed, served by redundant Omantel transit, and staffed on-site. Additional regions in the GCC are on the roadmap.
Yes. Edge-level network mitigation is enabled on every instance at no additional cost. Traffic absorbed during an attack does not count toward your monthly transfer allowance.
Unused wallet balance is fully refundable to the original payment method within 30 days of top-up. Funds spent on running instances are not refundable once consumed.
Wallet top-ups are processed through Thawani, Oman's licensed payment gateway. Local debit cards, GCC-issued credit cards and bank transfers are all supported. All charges are billed in Omani Rials with no foreign-exchange markup.
